Class News

It is with a heavy heart that we are sharing, Amanda's family emergency is that her father in law passed away unexpectedly Tuesday. 


Schedule changes are: 

  • Saturday, 11/16 HIIT will have two guest instructors - Kayla Rognsvoog and Mike Roberts
  • Tuesday, 11/19 Tuesday Night Rockstars - will be canceled
  • Thursday, 11/21 Cardio/Strength - We will let you know details as we get closer to Thursday


Amanda and family, travel safely and know we love you. You are in our hearts and prayers. We are sending all of you tons and tons of POSITIVE healing energy and just as many hugs.

Janelle will moderate this group focused on supporting each other with their health and wellness goals.  Accountability and encouragement are keys to long-term success.


HIIT

High-intensity interval training, is a fun program in which intense bursts of exercise is followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods which keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 


Pound

Amanda Prince - Trainer

 Pound is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. This class transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

A mix of cardio, toning, and strength. A lot of laughter and a really good time. All fitness levels and genders encouraged.


Yoga

Julie Zabukovec - Instructor

Designed to improve health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. It blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.  Mats are available or you are welcome to bring your own. 



 The building has restrooms but no showers.  Please plan accordingly.
