You MUST register for both Zoom and a In-Person Spots at the Studio - 24 hours advance notice is greatly appreciated.
You will need a new Zoom ID# each week to join our virtual classes.
Here is how we work:
We use a 10-punch card system. If you do not have a punch card you will have to pay for the class/classes through PayPal (Training By J) or Venmo (Janelle Rogers) for the week.
If you already have a punch card, I will keep track of punches and will send a weekly email with punches used for the week and the new total.

In-Person and Zoom Classes are $12 each

It is easy to purchase your punch cards from your home. Simply use PayPal (Training By J) or Venmo (Janelle Rogers)
These sessions are for students and athletes who want a little more training (all levels welcome). The session includes a warm-up, conditioning, tips & tricks, and a cool down (stretch).
If you bring a friend - the session will be discounted by $5 per student. (Max of only 2 athletes per session.) Total of each session is $30. All sessions are 60 minutes long.

This is a group for individuals that are 50+ years of age, young-at-heart that love to dance- all dance levels are welcome.
