Class News



  • Lisa's Zumba class is cancelled Monday, June 17
  • Marci will be teaching Cardio/Strength on Tuesday, June 18
  • Amanda will be teaching Cardio/Strength on Thursday, June 20
  • Noah will be taking  the summer off to spend time with family - kids and adult boxing classes are cancelled.

Marci Bruley - Trainer

A great workout boredom buster: Move quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn't have  time to wander or tune out.   This  45 minute class will work on strength, muscle building, abs, and cardio. It’s a fun mix of movements such as lunges, squats, bicep curls, crunches, and cardio. It’s a great time!  Geared to all fitness levels - from beginner to advanced and all exercises will be modified to meet your fitness needs! 


Amanda Prince - Instructor

High-intensity interval training offers quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. Get your heart rate up and burn fat  at a level that is just right for you.   HIIT is a fit for beginners to experts.  


Julie Zabukovec - Instructor

A combination of dance, boxing and pilates  interval training  that builds muscle toning and exercises the cardivasculor system -- all set in a fun, music-based class format.

Julie Zabukovec - Instructor

Designed to improve health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. It blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.  Mats are available or you are welcome to bring your own. 

Zumba  ™

Lisa Emanuele - Instructor

A fitness program that combines  music with dance moves. Routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training. 

 The building has restrooms but no showers.  Please plan accordingly. 

You are invited to attend as many different classes as you wish using the punch card - $9 Per Class
