Marci Bruley - Trainer

A great workout boredom buster: Move quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn't have time to wander or tune out.  Offers  cardio, strength and muscle building benefits.  


Julie Zabukovec - Instructor

Designed to improve health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. It blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.  Mats are available or you are welcome to bring your own. 


Lisa Emanuele - Instructor

A fitness program that combines  music with dance moves. Routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training. 

 The building has restrooms but no showers.  Please plan accordingly. 

You are invited to attend as many different classes as you wish using the punch card - $8 per Class
