Cost: $65 - includes Workshop and 3 Skill Practice Sessions
The 2 hour workshop is an introduction to basic concepts of self defense. Topics will include predator mindset and red flag behaviors, boundaries, awareness, de-escalation tactics, confidence & assertiveness skills, legalities of self defense, and physical defense techniques.
Followed by 3 - 1 hour sessions where we will practice your new skills in specific scenarios.
