We are hosting a special class at the studio every Friday night. These classes are new and different from what we offer during our normal schedule, so we all get to try out some new things! Each week is a different class
Fun Fitness Friday classes use our punchcard system, just like our regular classes.
Kim Zamora - Reiki Practitioner and Yoga Instructor will be doing her community hours with Training By J
She will be leading an Intro to yoga class.
